We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analog Circuit Design Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will design and implement high-speed interfaces and complex mixed-signal circuits using advanced CMOS technology and cutting-edge EDA tools. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the development of innovative solutions for high-performance applications.
Design and implement high speed interfaces and complex mixed-signal circuits using cutting-edge CMOS tech and EDA tools.
Develop high speed analog and hybrid Phase Locked loops and related subblocks. (e.g. VCO, charge-pump, dividers, state machines, LDO, bandgap, TDC, interpolator circuits, high speed buffers etc.)
Collaborate on RX/TX architecture and associated blocks like VREG, comparators, digital state machines for DDR/HBM memory interfaces.
Work on serial and parallel interfaces.
Work closely with mask designers to deliver the physical design and assist with silicon evaluation.
Perform architecture studies, circuit designs & simulations, floor-planning, instructing mask designers, reliability verifications and silicon bring-up.
Requirements
Degree/Master/PHD in Electrical and Electronics.
Minimum 7-10 years of professional working experience in analog circuit design.
Designed from scratch in high speed interfaces like HBM3/4, LPDDR5X + / UCIE-A in speeds exceeding 10Gbps
Proficient in circuit design using FinFet tech and EDA tools.
Experienced in PLL, DLL, Receiver, Transmitter, Voltage regulators, Bandgap, Oscillators, Comparator and others.
Worked in serial and or parallel interfaces.
Have understanding in transistor operations.
Able to work closely with Mask/Layout designers to enable physical design.
